SG 5000-03

SG 5000-03 is a two-component structural methacrylate adhesive designed for very high resistance bonding of metals and composite materials.

  • Structural bonding of metal elements and molded parts in composite material.
  • Excellent adhesion on different substrates, primerless, no abrasive surface treatments required
  • Widely used in Automotive for the assembly of external and internal parts in carbon fiber and thermoplastic.
  • Suitable for fasteners fixing on fiberglass in the Marine & Military industry.
  • It is also suitable for bonding dissimilar metals in the Truck & Bus production (Tier-One)
  • Used for cracks repairing.
  • Very fast curing.
  • High temperature resistance, suitable for hot painting cycles
  • Excellent environmental and chemical resistance
  • Non-critical 1:1 mix ration yields excellent results with manual or metered mixing
