Two-component methacrylate adhesive suitable for bonding fiber-reinforced composites in carbon and glass.

Specific product for flexible and long lasting assemblies in plastic with high surface energy.

SG 200 ↓

  • methyl methacrylate → best balance between Tenacity and Torsion – mix ratio 10: 1 by volume
  • it does not foresee abrasion contaminating actions → generally only blowing is required on fiberglass
  • functional gap-fill ≈ 1 mm ÷ 20 mm
  • versatile deposition / preparation periods (working-time) → fixing times (fix time) ≈ 8 ÷ 12 minutes selectable according to your site needs
  • flexible → maximum elongation resistance ≈ 100%
  • high tensile strength → 17 ÷ 21 MPa, normally the tearing of glass and/or carbon fibers occurs first
  • easy pre-dosed extrusion → through bi-cartridges 490 ML, 19 LT – 189 LT drums
