MASTIKPLEXX 5020

MASTIKPLEXX 5020 is 10:1 mix ratio, two components, toughened methacrylate structural adhesive designed for primerless bonding of composites, thermoplastics and metals.

  • Used for bonding of metal fasteners for pieces molded in composite.
  • High elongation. 
  • Suitable for the bonding of aluminium and stainless steel letters, advertising sector.
  • Used in the automotive sector for fixing carbon fiber panels.
  • Suitable for the bonding of GRP in the nautical sector.
  • It is also suitable for bonding of dissimilar metals in the trailer industry.
  • Used for the repair of cracks.
  • No shrinkage.
  • Fast curing time.
  • Good resistance to acids, bases and hydrocarbon solvents.
  • Excellent adhesion on different plastic substrates, without the use of specific surface primers.
